The Vibe P1m comes with some downgraded specs, It has a smaller 5-inch HD (1280×720) IPS display and is powered by a 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz. It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage along with an expandable storage up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The device can withstand the accidental splashes and spills, thanks to the advanced nano-coating.
It has a 4,000mAh battery with physical power saver switch. According to the company, the battery on Vibe P1m gives 36.5 hours of talk time and can last up to 23 days on standby. There is an 8MP rear camera with autofocus LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera.
The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Vibe UI. It measures 141 x 71.8 x 9.3mm and weighs 148 grams. This dual SIM device supports connectivity features like 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS/A-GPS, and MicroUSB 2.0. There is no NFC and Fingerprint sensor on this device. It will be available in the colors – Onyx Black and Pearl White

The Vibe P1 will be in stores starting from early October for $279 while the Vibe P1m will be available from mid-September for a price of $159.
